AR Filtrazioni is specialized in the production of extraction units and filters for oil mist, fume and dust for the re-condensation and filtration of any kind of atmospheric pollutant generated during the machining of machine tools.
Filtration systems for polluted air mainly used in engineering industries of Automotive – Aeronautical – Energy – Precision mechanics – Mechanical Textile – Petrochemical – Goldsmith – Medical sectors.

AR FILTRAZIONI, with thirty members factory and office staff, works in Bergamo (50 km from Milan), in a 5500 purpose-built 5500 sq. meter building. Our group of technicians with forty years experience in the field, always allow continuous and fervent research and development.
The company was founded in 1995 as a service company.
The year 2000 is an important year for AR FILTRAZIONI that has a clear objective: the study, design and production of a product that meets the needs of high duty production (3 shifts, 7 days a week) with the aim of satisfying market demands in terms of construction strength and maintenance management in order to differentiate itself from competitors.
The experimentation of the ARNO series, a new generation of mist collectors, of good quality, completely “Made in Italy” began in 2001; the results of the tests carried out are excellent and the leadership acquired and implemented over the years up to the present day, is very satisfying.
Today there are eleven standard product series and the Arno series certainly represents the core product.
The Arno series has been on the market since 20 years, thanks to the constant evolution of the product, it still meets completely the needs of the high duty production: compact, robust, efficient, absolutely in accordance with the law, few and quick maintenance operations, regulated by a visual filter clogging detector.
Equipped with a high or very high efficiency filtration stage according to European standards EN 1822, it ensures an efficiency up to 99.995% for particles > 0.15 µ. It is essential to know that the average diameter of fume particles is < 1 µ.
To complete the production and the product range, as a valid support to the entire business as well as to customer loyalty, the design and production of special and/or personalized products (“customized”) on the one hand and the proposal of a new economic series on the other hand, when the type of pollutant and type of machine tool allow it, but without any drop in quality.
Specifically, the facet of the relationship relating to the product has been understood as a valid and proactive relationship of mutual collaboration aimed at satisfying the customer’s expectations, allowing constant product and process improvements. The comparison, if taken in proactive terms, highlights possible limits and on both sides the ways to overcome them.
All this can be translated into our historical motto: CONTINUOUS EVOLUTION.
With more than 25,000 filtration systems installed all over the world, AR Filtrazioni can trace with certainty the distinctive characteristics of the product: great reliability and safety at work and excellent quality level, confirmed by the total adaptation and compliance with the strictest national safety and legal regulations.
We report the last one in the Technical Annex 32 published in the official bulletin of the Lombardy Region n.2 of January 10th 2012, which dictates and imposes to the manufacturers of industrial filters severe construction characteristics.
AR Filtrazioni aims at the “complete” solution of the problem, because it strongly believes in the importance of the customer loyalty; therefore it does not aim at selling “at all costs”, but it is oriented towards companies that believe in the competitive advantages that can be achieved by implementing the quality of the working environment, as well as in the ethical aspect of an investment of this kind.
The importance given to the working environment is in fact indicative of the progress of innovation and business culture, that consider the human resource fundamental for the development and competitiveness of the company.
It should be noted, among other things, that in particular sectors such as the automotive industry, the adoption of an Environmental Management System (EMS) is also an enhancement of its image, as well as reducing production times and waste.
