Compliance 4.0 standards
Each system can be equipped with a digital pressure gauge and harting socket to allow the filtration system to be connected directly to the machine tool, allowing them to work in sync giving clogging signals to the PLC as per standard 4.0.
AR FILTRAZIONI always offers the turnkey solution, installing filters at the customer’s premises thanks to specialized technical staff, otherwise it leaves complete autonomy to the customer since each plant is equipped with an installation kit, related by an instruction manual, in order to allow the filter for oil mists micro-dust fumes to be installed in every part of the world.
INSTALLATION ON TOP OF THE MACHINE
AR Filtrazioni directly provides many machine tool manufacturers, thanks to the close collaboration with a lot of machine tool builders, who send the specifications of their machines. Our technicans also carry out a site visit band take measurements of the machines to realize a special support.

Installation on support plant is the preferred mode for our customers, as well as the fastest and safest, ideal for maintaining the air cleaner quickly and easily without interfering with production avoiding therefore machine stops, with a reduced base of 300mm allows to be easily positioned in non-functional corners without taking up too much space.

Maintenance of AR Filtrazioni's systems is quick and easy
The company equips each plant with a maintenance manual, with explanatory photos and videos, in order to allow the filtration unit to be maintained independently in every part of the world.
Of course AR Filtrazioni proposes to each customer the annual maintenance program, offering a service at the customer’s premises with specialized technicians who clean and replace the various Filter modules regenerating the systems.
How Frequently has the maintenance to be done?
Once in 12/18 Months
On average the maintenance has to be done one time a year, according to the Safety and Health Norms. with 60% of filters self-cleaning/regenerable, and maintenance on average 1 time a year, regulated by the device to monitor filter conditions.
We like to say that you will forget about the maintenance!
The systems are equipped with a device for filter clogging pressure gauge, which constantly controls the degree of clogging of the filters and the degree of efficiency, allowing immediate feedback from the operators.
The average maintenance times are the result of indicative averages obtained on the basis of statistics compiled thanks to the thousands of plants AR Filtrazioni maintains annually with its customers.
Maintenance is very simple, only required once a year and the need for maintenance is indicated by the pressure gauge.
AR Filtrazioni can take care of filter maintenance with technicians equipped for service throughout Europe.
AR FILTRAZIONI also offers an ancillary service to its customers, (guaranteeing assistance throughout Europe) characterized by specialized technical personnel for scheduled annual maintenance, with release of regular operation occurred maintenance.
